We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: Holiday Items, Accessories including Jewelry, Bralettes, Sunglasses, Hats, Gloves, and Scarves. Items discounted more than 30% off, including but not limited to, “End of Season” and orders with coupons used. (Not limited to, but often Last Chance/Final Sale items are not eligible
All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
Merchandise may be returned for a boutique credit only, when a return is initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. The store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, less any discounts, rewards, etc. Credits will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please clearly label your return with your account/order information so we can clearly indicate who to issue credit to.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Please allow at least 3-4 business days for our boutique to receive your return, and 1-2 business days for us to process your credit. If your return meets all of the required stipulations a credit will be issued as soon as your return has been processed. You will receive confirmation that your return has been received, accepted, processed and your credit has been issued in the form of a digital boutique gift card.
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to e-mail to Kris.firstname.lastname@example.org and pay the return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you receive an item and it’s too large or small and you’d like another size, we recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the return product so that you do not miss out on the item. Account credits will not be initiated until we’ve received & processed the returns. You are more than welcome to wait until your shop credit is issued to purchase the replacement item, if it’s still available.
Defects or Problems With Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 DAYS of receipt of items, to inform us of the issue. We are more than happy to look at each situation individually and offer exchanges or credits as needed, but you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. If we are not notified within 10 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. Items must be unworn and unwashed to ensure the item was received defective.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
*Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor / phone resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
